Only published items count toward your plan. Drafts and unpublished items are free, so you can build as much as you like and choose what goes live.
Where to see it
Open Settings → Billing. You see your plan, and Usage: how many live items of each kind you have, against your plan's limit. When you reach a limit, publishing another item of that kind asks you to upgrade.
Billing belongs to the workspace owner. Admins can see the Billing tab; only the owner manages the subscription.
Upgrade, cancel and renew
Upgrade from Settings → Billing. Pro renews monthly. If you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace returns to Free. What you've built stays; publishing follows the Free limits again.
