Broken targets
Guidance your users couldn't see because the element it points at wasn't on the page.
Tooltips and tour steps point at an element on the page. When a release renames, moves or removes that element, the guidance can't find it, and your users don't see it.
Cueston notices. Open Analytics → Issues. Broken targets lists every tooltip and tour step whose element was missing in the period you pick:

Workspace admins also get a daily email digest when something breaks.
To fix one, follow The element can't be found.
