The help hub

One launcher on your site for your AI assistant, checklists, What's new and help articles.

The help hub puts everything people might look for in one button on your site. When it's on, it replaces the separate checklist and AI launchers.

Turn it on

You need the Workspace settings permission.

  1. Open Settings → Workspace and find Help hub.
  2. Select Show the help hub on my site.
  3. Set the Launcher label (the button text and the panel heading) and the Position: bottom right or bottom left.
  4. Choose the Tabs:
    • Assistant — your AI assistant answers questions about your product. Needs AI guidance on your plan and the AI widget on your site. See AI guidance.
    • Checklists — each person's onboarding checklists move into the hub.
    • What's new — your published announcements, with an unread badge on the launcher.
    • Help articles — searchable articles from your AI knowledge base (Help docs).
  5. Pick Colors. Cueston checks the text contrast and tells you whether it's readable for everyone.
  6. Save your changes. Visitors get them within a minute.

Each tab only shows when it has something for that visitor.

Help articles are public

Turning on Help articles makes those articles readable by anyone on your site. Only add public content to Help docs.
