Survey results and NPS
Your score, who answered, and what they said.
Open the survey and choose View results.
The summary
- NPS — the share of promoters minus the share of detractors, from −100 to +100.
- Responses and Response rate — how many people answered, out of those who saw the survey.
- Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8) and Detractors (0–6) — how the NPS breaks down.
- A trend over time, and the results of every question: score distributions, how often each choice was picked, and the latest text answers.
Pick the period and the environment (Production or Staging) at the top.
Individual responses
The responses list shows each answer with when it came in, from whom (if your app identifies them) and on which page. Filter by NPS group or status, or search the text answers. People who answered some questions and closed the survey are listed too.
Export
Export the responses as a CSV file: one row per response, one column per question. You need the Export analytics permission.
Send answers elsewhere
To get every new response in Slack, a spreadsheet or your own tools, a developer can set up a webhook for the survey answered event. See Webhooks.
