What you get

Five question types

Set the basics
Name it, pick the pages, and choose a slide-out in a corner or a modal in the middle. Add a delay if you want.
Write the questions
Add up to 12 questions and any follow-ups. One or two questions get the most answers.
Thank-you and style
Write the closing message and set colors and corner radius.
Target and publish
Choose who is asked and how often, then publish.

Results: Your NPS, response rate, promoters, passives and detractors, a trend over time, and the results of each question. See Survey results and NPS.
Individual responses: See each answer with when it came in, from whom and on which page. Filter by NPS group or search text answers.
CSV export: Export one row per response and one column per question.
Targeting: Ask only the people who match, such as users on a plan or people who finished a tour. See Who sees it.
Translations: Translate the survey text into other languages. See Languages.
