Common problems connecting an AI app, and what to do.
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The app asks you to sign in again | Access lasts while you use it. After 30 days unused, or if you were removed from the workspace, connect again. |
| A tool is missing | Your access level or role doesn't allow it. Disconnect the app and connect again with a higher level, or ask an admin. |
approval_required when publishing | Your workspace requires review. The agent sends a review request instead; a publisher approves it in Approvals. |
| Published, but nothing shows on the site | Ask the agent to run validate_content or debug_audience. Usually the snippet isn't installed, the URL pattern doesn't match or the audience is empty. |
| Too many requests (HTTP 429) | The limits are per minute. Wait a moment and try again. |
