Gainsight PX is the product experience part of Gainsight, the customer success platform. Gainsight lists product analytics, in-app guides and engagements, an In-App Hub (formerly KC Bot), user surveys and feedback, and support for web, mobile and desktop. Its analytics include autonomous feature instrumentation and path and funnel analysis, and it connects natively to Gainsight’s customer success and CRM tools. Pricing isn’t published; you request it or start a free trial.
Cueston does the in-app guidance part only, for web apps: tours, tooltips, banners, checklists, surveys and announcements, plus an AI chat that answers users from your help docs. Prices are on the website and you can start on a free plan without talking to sales.

- You want to start free and stay free while you’re small: 3 live guides and 1,000 monthly active users.
- You want an AI chat that answers users from your help docs, included in every plan.
- You want help offered when people struggle. Friction detection spots rage clicks, dead clicks and long pauses.
