Refund policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

Cueston subscriptions are sold through our reseller Paddle.com, which processes all payments and refunds.

Payments are non-refundable

Subscription payments, including renewals, are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights, such as the right to withdraw from a purchase in the EU or UK, are not affected.

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing so that you are not charged again; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. When you switch plans, Paddle charges or credits the prorated difference automatically.

Refunds case by case

If something went wrong, for example you were charged by mistake or the Service didn't work for you, tell us. We look at every request individually and refund in full or in part where it is fair.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@cueston.com from your account email with the date of the payment and what happened, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
